«Radmin Wanted» Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1.	The terms set forth herein («Terms») govern the «Radmin Wanted» rewards program («Program»).
2.	The Program is organized by Famatech International Corporation («Famatech»).
3.	A description of the Program and the Program Terms are available at the rewards program URL, located at http://www.radmin.ru/wanted.
4.	Individuals of any age can be participants («Participants») of the Program.
5.	To participate in the Program:
	5.1.	Send to radmin.wanted@famatech.com a photo of a public terminal screen (e.g. an ATM, an arrivals and departures screens, a kiosk etc.). The photo should meet the criteria described in section 7 of these Terms.
	5.2.	Specify the place/date where and when the photo was taken.
6.	If the photo sent by a Participant meets all the criteria set forth in section 7 of the Terms, the Participant will be granted a license to use 1 copy of Radmin server. The corresponding program activation key will have the Participant’s name as the registered username.
7.	Photograph acceptance criteria:
	7.1.	Radmin Server icon must be present in the system tray on the screen.
	7.2.	We accept photos of public terminals only. Examples include ATMs, internet kiosks, information screens and other computer terminals installed for public use.
	7.3.	A part of the area around the screen must be included in the shot.
	7.4.	Please make sure that the resolution of the photograph is as big as possible. The icon in the system tray must be discernible enough to be recognized as an icon of Radmin Server version 2.x and higher.
	7.5.	We DO NOT accept photographs with the Radmin Server icon copied from another photograph through the use of graphics editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop).
	7.6.	We DO NOT accept photographs taken earlier by other participants or photographs that had already been publicly accessible on the Internet before you sent them to us.
8.	Prizes for the Participants:
	8.1.	Every Participant, whose photograph meets the criteria in Section 7 of the Terms, will receive one Radmin Server 3.2 license.
	8.2.	If you send us several different photographs that meet the criteria set forth above, you will receive a Radmin Server license for each photograph.
9.	Famatech reserves the right to amend these Terms and provide additional information on the Program webpage located at http://www.radmin.com/wanted.
10.	Famatech reserves the right to put the photographs sent by Participants on a website www.radmin.com Photographs will be labeled with the information about the place and the date each was taken.
11.	The Program has no end date. Famatech reserves the right to end the Program on any time in its sole discretion. The end date of the Program will be made available to the Participants in advance through the Program webpage http://www.radmin.com/wanted
12.	Famatech will NOT share your personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number if any) with any third parties or governmental bodies except when it is required by Russian legislation.
13.	By enrolling in the Program, Participants agree to the Terms above.
14.	These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Russian Federation.
